In most cases, QOZYZ ships within 24 hours of purchase assuming the payment has cleared. If you place your order after 1pm CST or on the weekend, your order will ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you!
QOZYZ packages and ships out orders as quickly as possible after they are placed to ensure fastest delivery. Unfortunately, we can't change/adjust an order after it's placed due to this reason.
Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a $15 return fee.
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, QOZYZ LLC. Unfortunately in the case of a stolen or lost package, QOZYZ cannot take responsibility. If a package is showing as delivered but is not physically at your delivery address, your first recourse is to local authorities. After contacting the local authorities, we would recommend you file a claim with the shipping carrier (currently either FedEx or USPS), which may reimburse you up to shipping and the price of the shoes/boots.
