  • RETURNS
    • QOZYZ will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused QOZYZ products within 30 days of purchase & will cover the return shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $75 by providing a prepaid return label.  If you wish to make a return, please email us at: admin@qozyz.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 
    • All returns must be properly packed in a shippable box in order to be processed. 
    • Purchases may be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date on the receipt. 
    • Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on the bank associated with the card.
    • Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition in the original shoe box. If shoes have been worn, we are unable to accept a return.
    • Any original shipping costs will not be refunded although we do offer free return shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $75. The return label will be emailed to you for easy download and/or printing.

    • EXCHANGES
      • QOZYZ will gladly accept exchanges on unworn and unused QOZYZ products within 30 days of purchase and will cover the cost of shipping for all U.S. domestic orders. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at: admin@qozyz.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. In the email, please indicate the item you’d like to have sent in place of your original order.
      • All exchanges must be properly packed in a shippable box in order to be processed.
      • Exchanges will ship once the original purchase has been received by QOZYZ.
      • Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition in the original shoe box. If shoes have been worn, we are unable to accept an exchange.
      • With exchanges, we cover the shipping both ways and will email a return label for easy download and/or printing.
